things to do at Casa Vialba:

the historic sites: Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo are less than
an hour away. Orvieto, Siena and Spoleto are an hour and a half.
Rome and Florence are 200km et Venice 300 km away.
- You can take
part in numerous local events: village fairs, markets, medieval
tournaments organised in nearby villages and towns.
- You can take
long walks or go riding in the valley. Experienced riders may
ride the estate horses either in our own manège or on the
numerous bridleways in the valley.
- Half an hour's
drive away, there is a a nine hole golf course and equestrain
centre.
- You can visit
Deruta and see its world famous pottery.
- In season
you can go mushroom and truffle hunting.
- Those who
enjoy good food can taste the best that Umbrian and Italian cuisine
have to offer at selected restaurants.Cooking courses and gastronomic
tours can be arranged including visits to local cheese and olive
oil factories.
- Those who
prefer not to walk or ride horses can explore the valley on our
bicycles.
- We can take
you on a tractor picnic by the river.

fishing in a neraby lake.
