Montone is situated in Northern Umbria in the Upper Tiber Valley,43
km north of Perugia and 28 km south of Cittą di Castello on the E/45 highway, which runs
from Orte to Cesena. It is directly linked to the main
north-south motorway between Milan and Naples and it is
therefore relatively easy to get here and to visit the
region from Casa Vialba.
