Umbria is at its best in the autumn when it offers its visitors what it is best known for: truffles, mushrooms, olive oil, wine, excellent food and of course Hunting!

Unlike other operators, we do not arrange hunting in fenced reserves where the animals are provided by the owners.  We give our guests an opportunity to join the local hunters and hunt animals in the wild exactly as people in the Carpina Valley have done for generations.
